What a powerful business tool this three letter word can be. As you are go through your business day there are times when you may accept things the way they are. Even saying to yourself: This is the way we have always done it. This is the way we will probably always do it.
But when you start to ask: Why? … Really probing and analyzing everything that should be considered you will begin to improve your business operations beyond expectations.
All because of one word: Why?
As a CEO, president or business owner, you may find yourself asking such questions as:

- hasn’t the company business plan been updated?
- are sales down?
- are profit margins down?
- is the company’s top salesperson suddenly not meeting monthly goals?
