Do You Want To Win In Your Business?

I just had a chance to go through Dr. Frank Luntz’s new book entitled, Win: The Key Principles to Take Your Business from Ordinary to Extraordinary.

Perhaps you are familiar with Frank Luntz.  He is a well-known and respected pollster.  In addition, his previous best-selling book was, Words That Work.  A book about “it’s not what you say, it’s what people hear.”

I am not going to review Luntz’s latest release, Win.  I am just going to tell you to get a copy of the book, read it and study it.  It will help your understanding of business and improve your business results.  Luntz is a master with words and how we use them to win – whether it is in politics or in business.  The book examines in depth communication excellence from one-on-one interactions to presenting to hundreds of people.

I don’t know of a CEO, company president or business owner that doesn’t want to win in business.  This book will just give you more ideas and ways to think about winning in your business.

What do you find are winning words or actions to use in your business?
