Today is Christmas.  This is not a time for business.  It’s a time for family and reflection on the true meaning of the holiday season. 

As the famous Christmas carol, Silent Night, lyrics state:

All is calm.  All is bright.

You have worked hard all year long.  As a CEO, company president or business owner, you give of yourself every day running your business.  Be good to yourself and your family this day.

The holidays are a time of hope.  Look back on this year and take a moment to savor the business successes you have enjoyed throughout the year.  Look forward with great faith and belief knowing your business will endure the current economic hard times; that you and your business will come through this okay and perhaps even stronger because of it.

But today is a day of peace.  So let it be.
