It’s A New Day In Business

It’s a new day in business.

There are two choices:

1)  You can stay the same.  Do what you’ve always done in your business.

If you the take the first choice, as the days go on, you will find yourself in more business difficulty.

2)  Think about your business as though you were starting it today even if you have been in business for years.

You need to write a new business plan.  You need to update your marketing.  You need to evaluate every single employee.   If an employee is not being productive then you need to coach them or replace them.

You, the CEO, company president or business owner, need to examine your actions and how you perform in the business.

It’s time to start over – like it’s a brand new business.  Rethink everything.  Not just say you are going to reduce costs.  But to eliminate everything in your business that doesn’t work.  Most important of all, improve and increase your sales and marketing.

When the recession is over (and the news headlines indicate the government is beginning to sense the economic bottom may be near though a business upturn may still be months away), you will be ready to compete and have a larger share of the marketplace.
