Most people have a hobby. They play golf. Collect antiques. Enjoy gardening.
My hobby and life work is business. I have a real passion for what I do.
I’ve learned over the years that it’s best to not put any tools in my hand. If something needs repaired in the house, it’s best to just call the appropriate repair service rather than have me attempt to fix it.
But when it comes to business… well, that’s a different story.
I consider myself to be a problem solver. In fact, I love to solve business problems.
The most useful service I can perform is to help you:
- define your business problems, challenges and issues
- determine what it is you truly want
- help you be the visionary you truly are for your business
- and, in turn, help you discover solutions that are practical, make sense and, most important, you’re comfortable with.
In other words, solutions you can live with to help you find the business success you’re looking for.
My business conversations with CEOs, presidents and business owners are often about what appears to be a complicated business problem. I don’t talk with business people in layers of abstract jargon. Instead, together, we break down the business problem into the most basic of possible elements so it’s understood by you and everyone involved. And, most important, it’s completely solvable as well as doable.
My original career goal was to teach history. Along the way, rather than teach history, I became a lifelong student of business. I find the study of business constant, fascinating and ever evolving.
Since 1989, as the business management specialist, I have worked with business entrepreneurs to well-established corporations; start-ups to companies that have been in the family for generations. My client list reflects a wide cross section of business in America.
For me it’s really not about the actual size of the company but rather it’s about the person who leads it – the CEO, president or business owner.
My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: sales, marketing, team building, operations, strategic planning, business development, business planning, conflict resolution, crisis management, employee retention as well as profitability.
In addition, you will find I am a very good listener as I help you put together the pieces of your business puzzle.
My real specialty lies in helping clients manifest their own personal management style with which they can solve problems, improve results and experience less stress while achieving success in their business.
Print and Internet business journals throughout the United States publish my articles.
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Evelyne and I, along with Gracie, the cat, reside in Delray Beach, FL.
In football, they say, “Let’s get it done.” I feel the same way about how to go at it in business every day. You’ve got to know your game plan and be in action.
But enough about me. I don’t really like to talk about myself because it’s not about me – it’s about you and your business.
