That’s not all! He also has an option to buy an additional 5 billion dollars more in stock. For a total of 10 billion dollars of stock!
Warren is a student of business. He keeps the cash and studies companies, from all industries, until he finds an opportunity he believes will create incredible profits for his investors. Recognizing a good business opportunity is not enough. Warren doesn’t foolishly invest in weak companies that don’t have an upside. He invests in companies whose stock prices are depressed but has strong business fundamentals and strong management.
